Jody is a long time veteran of consulting and industry, particularly in communications, financial services and retail. His teams of won numerous Customer Experience awards from organizations like Forrester, Temkin and JD Power. Jody has led a variety of organizations to success, in both retaining customers and employees. He is a passionate strategist in the Customer Experience and Employee Engagement space, and focuses on strategic execution through leadership and team development programs. He enjoys coaching 1:1 and facilitating large group sessions.
In his spare time, Jody is a doting father to two young daughters. He has recently been spending time with painting, woodworking and music projects. He will happily take you on in a game of popular music trivia, and has rarely turned down a turn at karaoke.
